What types of homes are available at Villas Goodyear?
We offer single-story 1- and 2-bedroom villas behind private gates, designed to feel like your own home—with no one above or below you. Our floorplans start at 677 sq ft for 1-bedrooms and up to about 1,012 sq ft for 2-bedrooms. Every villa includes a private backyard with turf, stainless steel appliances, island kitchens with quartz countertops, wood-style flooring, and full-size washer and dryer.


Are the villas pet-friendly?

Yes! We welcome up to 3 pets per villa with no breed or weight restrictions. Your pets can enjoy our large gated dog park and the open green spaces throughout the community.


How close is the community to shopping, dining, and transport?

We’re located just south of I-10 on Sarival Avenue, adjacent to a local market and just minutes from Goodyear’s retail centers, dining, and entertainment. The Westgate Entertainment District is just moments away, and freeway access makes commuting easy.


What appliances and finishes come standard in each villa?

Each villa includes stainless steel kitchen appliances, island kitchens with quartz countertops, wood-style plank flooring, full-size washer and dryer, pantry and linen closets, and a private enclosed backyard with green turf. Select units feature dual vanity sinks or glass-enclosed showers.


Is there private outdoor space?

Yes! Every villa comes with its own private backyard with green turf, perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or enjoying some quiet outdoor time.


Are utilities included in the rent?

Utilities are billed separately. You’ll be responsible for electricity, water, sewer, gas, and trash. High-speed internet and cable service are available through local providers, though these are not included in your rent.


What lease terms are offered?

Do you offer move-in specials?
